This unusual piece is made of wood and the chair is covered in real leather. The carving on the chair is very ornate, from the spindles on the chair back, to the finely detailed wood carving on the seat. The chair seat is 2" wide x 1 ½" deep. There are leather rests on the arms of the chair. The back is 2 1/8" high from the seat of the chair. There's a place from the customer to place his feet (and maybe smoke a cigar?) The foot rests are ¾" in length. There are two drawers below where the shoeblack can keep his polishes, brushes and rags. Each drawer is ¾ x 1 1/8". The feet of the chair are turned. The total height of this piece of furniture is 5 5/8" from the floor to the top of the spindles, 2 3/8" wide and 3" in depth. We would be happy to supply you with a lower shopping cost.
