miniLAND is proud to present our brand-new height-adjustable staircase!
This beautiful and wide miniature staircase is made in 1:12 scale and features railings on both sides, with our signature monkey-tail design at the bottom of the railings.
The staircase is made of wood and comes in Walnut.

The staircase is designed to fit dollhouses with floor-to-ceiling heights between approximately 9” and 10” (23–25.4 cm).
Each staircase comes with the railings already assembled, so no assembly is required.
Adjustable Height
The set includes:
- 9” (23 cm) staircase with fully assembled railings

One optional 3/8” (0.95 cm) step

One optional 5/8” (1.6 cm) step
- Screws
You can use one or both additional steps to increase the height of the staircase and adjust it to fit your dollhouse perfectly. With both additional steps, the overall height can reach approximately 10” (25.4 cm).
Matching Guard Rail for the Second Floor
We also offer matching guard rail sections designed to coordinate with the staircase railing.
The guard rail is available in 6” (15.2 cm) sections or three-sided guardrail / U-shaped guardrail configuration (two long sides 9" long and one short side 6" long - see pictures).
You can purchase the second-floor guard rail separately and create a matching railing around the stair opening or along the second-floor landing mezzanine.
All pieces are designed to coordinate with the staircase and its signature monkey-tail railing design.
