1. Processing Time

We make every attempt to ship your order as soon as possible. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are as shown in the checkout page, and are determined by the carrier. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors. While we do everything we can to ship your order as soon as possible, we cannot control the parcel once it leaves our facility.

We do not offer next-day or second day shipping. 

3. Shipping Locations

All shipments leave our facility in British Columbia, Canada

If your location isn’t listed at checkout, feel free to contact us—we may be able to accommodate special requests.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that for US customers, we ship DDP which means duty is collected upon checkout. 

We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

6. Damaged Packages

If your arrives damaged please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
