Tomato Class

 Lesson By Alex Zohar

The Materials

Toothpicks, Razor blade, Red Fimo, Green Fimo, Fimo Gloss Lacqer, ruler, Tile to work on.

Step 1

Work your fimo so that it is well mixed and pliable.  Make sure your hands and your working area are clean.  Roll out the fimo, and make a roll about 1/4  " thick.

Step 2

With a razor blade, slice the roll in 1/4" intervals.

Step 3
Form round balls from each 1/4" slice.

Step 4
Take a tiny pinch of green, form it into a ball, and then press it into the round red ball.

Step 5

With a toothpick, make six indentations on the top, going on the green as well as the red of the tomato.  See next step for close-up.

Step 6
This is a close-up of step5.

Step 7
Place your tomatoes on parchment paper and put it in the oven at 265 degrees F. for 10 minutes.  When it's cool, give a coat of Gloss Lacquer.
