Excellent quality and well manufactured 1/12th scale 9mm mdf wooden dollhouse.

Ceiling height on main levels is 8.25", and the attic height is 7.2".
The exterior and the interior are completely finished and is just as shown in the pictures.
The exterior is a lovely yellow colour with gray shingles on the roof and dormers.
The doors, windows and exterior trim are white.
The house comes flat packed and comprises 17 separate pieces.
The house is screwed together and all the holes are pre-drilled making it very easy to assemble.
All that is needed to construct this house is approximately 1 - 1-1/2 hours and a screwdriver.
All the screws and hinges are provided.
Staircases and rails are also included.
The interior walls come with the doors already attached.
The interior is a lovely white colour and ready for your own personal touch.
