Absolutely superb quality and well manufactured 1/12th scale 9mm mdf wooden dollhouse.
Ceiling height on all 4 levels is 8-1/2".
The exterior is completely finished and is just as shown in the pictures. The exterior is a lovely warm yellow
with white trim on the doors, windows,dormers, and columns.
The red shingles really compliment the exterior colour.
The house comes flat packed and comprises 13 separate pieces.
The house is screwed together and all the holes are pre-drilled making it very easy to assemble.
All that is needed to construct this house is approximately 1 - 1-1/2 hours anda screwdriver.
All the screws and hinges are provided.
Along with the main sections that require screwing together you will find free-standing staircases, rails, and
wall partitions with interior doors, which gives you the flexibility of the number of roomsyou want in the house.
Potentially 9 - 12 rooms.
The interior of the house is ready for your own personal touch.
If you are looking for a really large dollhouse this is the one for you. At a height and width of 35-1/2" this is the biggest dollhouse that I carry in stock.
